About Me

UNLOCK YOUR INNER CALM

As a yoga instructor I aspire to inspire each individual that I come in contact with through the practice of yoga. My personal yoga journey began in 2016 when I began to delve deeper into meditation, Buddhism, asana and fitness. I have since went on to complete my RYT 200-Hours and currently hold certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Yoga Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, Stress, and Grief. Throughout practice, I aim to cultivate an environment that encourages students to connect with their own healing abilities and explore new and challenging possibilities within Mind Body and Soul; whether on or off the mat.
